[Solution] An axial-direction hole (26) that receives the end part of a shaft body (10) is opened in the free end of a cylindrical part (24), a slot (30) extending in the axial direction is formed in the cylindrical part while leaving a section (32) that is continuous in the circumferential direction near the free end of the cylindrical part, and fastening bolts (42) that tighten the slot (30) in the direction of closing are provided.
