<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add each characteristic to each presentation information when information corresponding to a search query is shown as a list.SOLUTION: A information retrieval support device comprises: means to communicate with a user terminal; means to access a provided information database which accumulates many provided information; means to access a provided information evaluation database; means to access a characteristic requirement database; characteristic requirement determination means to determine the order of evaluation requirements for each provided information according to the size of order information of the provided information of each evaluation requirement stored in the provided information evaluation data base, to regard the evaluation requirements within an appointed order as characteristic requirements, and to store the provided information and the characteristic requirements in combination in the characteristic requirement database; and search result list return means to create a search result list in which the provided information corresponding to a search query from a user terminal are listed and the characteristic requirement is added to the corresponding provided information in the list, and to return back the search result list to the user terminal.</p> |
