HARD COAT FILM AND TRANSPARENT CONDUCTING FILM

Provided is a hard coat film characterized by the following: a first hard coat layer containing particles is provided on at least one surface of a base film; protrusions formed by the particles are present on the surface of the first hard coat layer at a density of 300-4000 per 100μm2; the center line average roughness (Ra1) of the surface of the first hard coat layer is under 30 nm and the haze value is less than 1.5%. The hard coat film has high transparency, good slipperiness and anti-blocking properties.
