The spacer has fastening units e.g. screws, and an elongated fastening element (1) whose end faces away from a wall. The fastening element is formed as pipes (9), and includes ends (2, 12), where the first end fastens with a bore hole in the wall and the second end arranged in a region of a free side of a damping part. A sleeve (3) made of thermal insulative material is arranged in the second end, where the sleeve is arranged in an inner part of each pipe. The sleeve includes a fastening hole (7) for fastening units for fastening objects at the wall. |
