PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house a bus bar module, which is formed by integrating multiple bus bars connecting conducting wires of coils of a stator of the rotary electric machine by each phase, near the rotary electric machine in a compact manner and secure insulation quality between the respective bus bars. SOLUTION: A U-phase bus bar 36U and a V-phase bus bar 36V, which are diagonally arranged, are covered with a first insulation member 42. The first insulation member 42 incorporating these two bus bars and the other two bus bars, a W-phase bus bar 36W and a neutral point bus bar 36N, are integrally covered with a second insulation member 44. Each bus bar is covered by one of the insulation members, and this structure prevents an electric current from flowing through contacting surfaces of the two insulation members.
