PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved stopper device for rolling stock reasonably having a rotation stop structure part of a bolt head configured such that installation to a support part by use of a high strength bolt can be performed while dispensing with rotation stop operation of the bolt head by a wrench or the like. SOLUTION: The stopper device A for the rolling stock supported in a support member 11 on a car body side at a gap d from a center pin 13 on a truck side so as to restrict excessive rolling to the truck of the rolling stock includes: a hard base plate 1 having insertion holes 5 for bolting the hard base plate 1 to the support member 11; and a rubber cushion 2 integrally installed on one side of the hard base plate 1 in a heaped state, having a shape configured such that a portion corresponding to each insertion hole 5 is curved from the periphery side and is hollowed out. U-shaped bolt rotation stop parts 6 each having two face width parts 6A circumscribed to the bolt heads 8a, and a connection wall 6B connecting the two face width parts 6A, and each having an attitude wherein the bolt rotation stop part is opened toward the periphery side in the view of a shaft center X direction of the insertion hole 5 are integrally formed in the hard base plate 1.
