A method of handling Semi-Persistent Scheduling (SPS) transmission for a mobile device in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The mobile device has a dynamic grant and a configured grant for transmission in a subframe. The method comprises a step of transmitting a data in the subframe according to a usage status of the configured grant.

not transmitting a number of consecutive medium access control (MAC) Protocol Data Units (PDUs) containing zero MAC service data units (SDUs) using a plurality of configured grants if there is a data required for transmission in a plurality of same subframes; wherein the mobile device has the plurality of configured grants and a plurality of dynamic grants for transmissions in the plurality of same subframes.
