<p>Provided is a solar cell module wherein a plurality of solar cells are connected in series and the surface electrode of at least one solar cell is connected to a tab line. The surface electrode of the solar cell and the tab line are connected together by means of thermocompression bonding by having therebetween a conductive bonding layer wherein conductive particles are dispersed in a binder resin composition. Fifty mass% or more of the conductive particles have a long diameter of 1-50 µm, a thickness of 5 µm or less and the aspect ratio (=long diameter/thickness) of 3-150, and are flake-like metal particles having a hardness higher than that of the surface electrode and that of the tab line.</p> |
