According to an embodiment of the present invention, a compressive stress transmission plate transmits compressive stress which is transmitted through a steel girder body and a reinforcement member, to a column, so that the present invention reduces the height and saves on steel materials. The present invention also improves strength of a cross section and reduces the amount of welding. Therefore, the present invention saves on construction costs and shortens the construction periods. |
