The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a bamboo leaf extract and a scutellaria extract for preventing or treating obesity and a functional food comprising a bamboo leaf extract and a scutellaria extract for preventing or treating obesity. The composition of the present invention can be valuably used for alleviating or treating obesity and fatty liver by reducing weight, reducing weight of fat tissue, and inhibiting lipid deposition in liver tissue. |
