The purpose of the present invention is to provide a battery protection circuit capable of strengthening protection functions of a plurality of secondary batteries connected in parallel. The present invention relates to a battery protection circuit protecting the secondary batteries (200A, 200B) connected in parallel. The battery protection circuit includes a discharging control circuit (24) which powers off at least one transistor among transistors (2A, 2B) when discharge abnormal extracting signals are outputted from at least one extraction circuit among over-discharge extraction circuit and discharge over-current extraction circuit of extraction circuits (21A, 21B); and a charging control circuit (25) which powers off at least one transistor among transistors (1A, 1B) when charge abnormal extracting signals are outputted from at least one extraction circuit among over-charge extraction circuit and charge over-current extraction circuit of extraction circuits (21A, 21B). |
