摘要 Provided are a turbine apparatus and a waste heat recovery generation system having the same. According to the present invention, the turbine apparatus may comprise: a rotary shaft connected to an impeller receiving a rotating force from a working fluid; a generation unit generating electricity by being connected to the rotary shaft; and a plurality of electromagnetic bearing units supporting the rotary shaft while not touching the rotary shaft, and arranged in a different first and second directions of the rotary shaft. According to the above present invention, the working fluid (a refrigerant) at low pressure and low temperature can be used instead of a liquid (water) by removing friction so that generation efficiency can be maximized and waste heat generated in an industrial site can easily be used to improve waste heat recovery rate (a usage rate), wherein the friction is removed by replacing a machinery-contact type power transmission unit (a bearing, a screw, etc) in an existing turbine apparatus with the noncontact type electromagnetic bearing.
