The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for producing sun-dried flower salt for cooking which is suitable for cooking without drying, dehydrating, and pulverizing processes by collecting initial crystals in a state of flower salt, which are crystallized in an early stage of forming crude salt from sea water in a salt pond and which are floated on the water surface before sinking to the bottom of the salt pond, followed by removing bittern by employing fermentation technology and drying the collected crystals with heat; and to provide the sun-dried flower salt for cooking prepared thereby.
