The present invention relates to a method of providing and restrictively receiving a new content service using an IP based digital broadcasting system in a DLNA system. More particularly, the present invention can improve the convenience of a user using an ATSC-M/H based digital broadcasting service and enable a broadcasting company to implement a charged content service by allowing a discriminative content service to be executed depending on an authority of the user while maintaining a compatibility with an existing ATSC-M/H system, can prevent viewing of content without use authority by classifying an opened content list and a restricted content list to provide the classified content list unlike existing cases where an entire content list is provided, and can prevent an illegal copy trial of a user when a content list is shown while the user has no use authority.
