The present invention relates to a method for detecting adipokines using nucleic acid aptamers and antibodies and, more specifically, to a method for detecting adipokines which detects the adiopokines more sensitively than the existing antibody-based analysis or aptamer detection method and enables the diagnosis of diabetes. The method for detecting adipokines according to the present invention measures the adipokine concentration in the blood more sensitively and accurately than the existing analysis using only antibody, and also the DNA aptamer can be produced at a low cost and is easy to fix on the surface compared with the antibody, thereby having an advantage in producing a biosensor. In addition, the detection method according to the present invention has sensitivity much higher than the existing aptamer detection method, thereby being useful for increasing the accuracy of the diagnosis of type two diabetes as the biosensor measuring the concentration of RBP4, Vaspin, and Nampt sensitively and accurately. |
