The present invention relates to a level sensing and warning alarm system for liquefied natural gas which can automatically sense and generate an alarm signal when an LNG storage tank is filled with liquefied natural gas to a predetermined level, and the level sensing and warning alarm system comprises: a hollow tube type sensor body which is mounted by penetrating the upper end portion of the LNG storage tank; a sensor mount tube which extends along the inner hollow part of the sensor body in the vertically downward direction and is located inside the LNG storage tank; a level switch mounted inside the sensor mount tube according to the height corresponding to a selected level of the LNG; a float mounted along the sensor mount tube to be moved; a magnetic level sensor mounted inside the float to operate the level switch; a relay panel for receiving an electric signal generated from the level sensor to prevent an overcurrent; an alarm panel for converting a signal transmitted from the relay panel into an alarm signal; and an alarm unit for sending the alarm signal generated from the alarm panel to the outside.
