METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR JUDGING OBJECT BY RADAR

The present invention introduces an object recognizing system using radar and a method thereof which are composed by including: an object drawing step for calculating and drawing relative coordinates and received power about each object which is detected by the radar by using a reflected wave which is emitted and received from the radar by being installed in a vehicle; a predicted priority determining step for setting multiple predictable candidates for an object and determining a priority in the order of being predicted as the object among the candidate objects by calculating the received power of the candidate objects according to unique characteristics of the candidate objects and comparing the received power of the candidates with the received power of the object; an interest area setting step for setting an interest area about the object by transmitting the relative coordinates of the object to an image recognizing unit with the predicted priority result depending on the determined predicted priority; and an object recognizing step for recognizing an object by mutually matching the object in the interest area with the candidate objects in the order of the predicted candidate objects.
