An oil mixture capable of improving immunity is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 68-77% of soybean oil, 4-6% of deer oil, 1.5-2.5% of ganoderma lucidum spores oil, 8-12% of black sesame oil, 8-12% of fresh cinnamomvine, and 0.8-1.2% of worm grass. The preparation method for the oil mixture comprises: heating up the soybean oil until the soybean oil boils; adding ganoderma lucidum spores oil, deer oil and black sesame oil to the soybean oil, continuously heating up the mixture until the mixture boils; adding worm grass powder and then adding cinnamon vine sheets, and continuously heating up the mixture to a gental boil; removing the cinnamomvine sheets after 4-6 minutes to acquire the oil mixture. |
