<p>A protective-coating-layer-forming composition contains (A) a multifunctional acrylate monomer, (C) an isocyanuric acid derivative having at least two (meth)acryloxy groups, (D) a caprolactone oligomer derivative having at least three (meth)acryloxy groups, and (E) a photoinitiator. The composition is used for forming a protective coating layer of a film provided with a protective coating layer. Said film comprises a base film and the protective coating layer. The base film comprises a cyclic olefin resin, and the protective coating layer is formed on at least one surface of the film.</p> |
