For extracting a repetitive element arrangement, a preprocessing part extracting a plurality of input information formed by paring first information which is forward information with second information which is reverse information by preprocessing inputted arrangements, a seeding part generating a seed for the repetitive element arrangement through the input information, and an expanding part extracting the repetitive element arrangement by using the seed generated by the seeding part. The seeding part includes a word matching part generating a lookup table from the extracted input information by using a word generated according to a preset word length and a seed generating part generating the seed by using the word of the lookup table.
