The movement has a balance wheel (12) comprising a connection element i.e. arm (56), for connecting a felloe (54) to a balance shaft (36). The felloe has additional thickness with reference to thickness of the connection element for defining an internal volume of the felloe to contain a center of gravity of the balance wheel. The balance shaft is rotatively mounted on a frame element formed by a balance bridge (6), a plate (8) and a bearing e.g. ball bearing (44) or roller bearing. The bearing and the frame element are partially arranged in the volume of the felloe.
