The present invention relates to a food composition for improving blood circulation, comprising 75-98 wt% of vegetable omega 3, 0.001-10 wt% of a ginkgo leaf extract, and 0.001-15 wt% of vegetable vitamin, based on the entire composition. The omega 3 contained in the composition of the present invention corresponds to vegetable omega 3 extracted from microalgae, and has excellent effects of improving blood circulation and lowering the cholesterol level. In addition, when the composition of vegetable omega 3, the ginkgo leaf extract, and the vegetable vitamin further comprises oil-soluble ingredients of ginseng, the composition is more excellent in lowering cholesterol and neutral lipid levels. The intake of the composition of the present invention leads to decrease in neutral lipid and LDL-cholesterol levels, thereby further promoting the improvement of blood circulation, and thus can be useful as various pharmaceutical compositions or heath food compositions for improving blood circulation. |
