The present invention includes a pedal operating part installed on a pedal in a vehicle and touching an accelerator pedal among the pedals to perform press driving; a control manipulating part held by a worker and controlling the press driving of the pedal operating part by applying an external force by the worker; and a connecting cable connecting the pedal operating part and the control manipulating part with each other and delivering the external force by the control manipulating part to the pedal operating part in order to efficiently fix a diagnosis related to an engine sound with only one mechanic since the mechanic around an engine room of the vehicle is able to manipulate the accelerator pedal. The pedal operating part includes an installation fixing unit installed on a brake pedal among the pedals in the vehicle and extended to a position of an accelerator in a transverse direction, a press operating unit installed on a side end of the installation fixing unit pressing the accelerator pedal by the external force delivered from the control manipulating part by facing the accelerator pedal.
