The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising steroid for preventing or treating peritoneal dysfunction. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can suppress peritoneal fibrosis by blocking EMT induced by TGF-β. Therefore, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can be used for preventing or treating the peritoneal dysfunction and, specifically, can be used as a peritoneal dialysis solution. |
