Disclosed is a riser pipe. The riser pipe according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a body having a space for transferring at least one of crude oil and gas from the sea floor to a marine platform; a thermoelectric module of which one side is opposed to the circumferential surface of the body; and a heat radiation part installed to face the other side of the thermoelectric module opposite to the one side.
