The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an electrode assembly, an electrode assembly manufactured by the method, and a secondary battery comprising same, the method comprising the steps of: preparing one current collector; repeatedly coating either side of the one current collector with an anode active material and a cathode active material and forming one or more cathode patterns and anode patterns having a predetermined space therebetween, and uncoated portions to which the active materials have not been applied; bending the uncoated portions in a zigzag manner as seen in a vertical cross section; interposing separators at the interfaces between the anode patterns and the cathode patterns which face each other as a result of the bending, and then folding; and cutting the areas with the bent uncoated portions.
