A cutting processing method of a clothing material. During the drawing and cutting, sizes of a garment are calculated; a clothing material is laid flat, so that certain inclination is formed between the direction of warp yarns or weft yarns of the clothing material and the horizon line. When the included angle between the direction of the warp or weft yarns and the horizontal line is about 45 degrees, the position is relatively good; and in a case where the texture and density of the warp and weft yarns are same, when the included angles between the warp yarns and horizontal line and between the weft yarns and the horizontal line are both 45 degrees, the position is best. The cutting processing method is mainly used in drawing and cutting processing of a woven garment material of textiles, and can also be used in drawing and cutting processing of a knitted garment material of textiles. After a garment made by using cloth cut by means of the method is worn, the weight of the garment is not merely supported by the warp or weft yarns, but supported by the warp and weft yarns together, thereby greatly improving the support performance of the clothing material. When the garment is stretch longitudinally due to external tension, the length of the garment increases, and the garment contracts laterally; and contrarily, the width increases and the garment contracts longitudinally. Under different tension conditions, the garment can flexibly stretch and contract, and no matter whether the clothing material contains elastic fibers, the elasticity and tenacity of the garment can automatically increase, and the garment can be adapted to stretch and bending changes of a human body. |
