Provided is a control system for a wind power generator. The control system comprises a sensor outputting an analog signal by detecting a wind speed; an opening and closing type capacitor filter converting the outputted analog signal into a digital signal, and filtering a selected frequency band from the converted digital signal; and a control part controlling the wind power generator based on the filtered information above.
