The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having an anti-oxidation activity and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition having an anti-oxidation activity comprising a fermented turmeric extract as an active component. The cosmetic composition having an anti-oxidation activity according to the present invention is safe for skin while having skin anti-aging and anti-oxidation effects and an excellent continuity of the effects.
