<p>The present invention relates to a composition and method for respiratory delivery of a dye for visualising the eye of a subject. Respiratory delivery for a dye for visualisation is suitable for visualising the eye for the detection, diagnosis and/or monitoring of eye conditions in a wide population of subjects, especially where intravenous dye delivery is contraindicated or undesirable (e.g.in the elderly, children, diabetic subjects or where suitable veins for intravenous injection are difficult to find).</p> |
