The invention relates to a process for belt conditioning of tablet producing units, comprising a steel belt rotating around two guiding drums, encircling steel belt, wherein a melt of a to be tabletted a drop-shaped product is applied to the steel strip, the product droplets then on the steel strip solidify and then the tabletted product is removed again from the steel strip, wherein the steel belt is at least partially cooled in a cooling zone between the applying area, in which a drop-shape product to be tabletted is applied to the steel belt and the removing area in which the tabletted product is removed from the steel strip. According to the invention the steel belt is heated in a post-heating area immediately upstream the receiving area. The invention may be used, for example, for urea tabletting. |
