Provided are a signalling processing method, device and system. The method includes a signalling processing device receiving service signalling to be sent to a destination signalling point; the signalling processing device acquiring a logical M3UA record according to information about an originating signalling point, information about the destination signalling point and routing context information; the signalling processing device acquiring a physical M3UA record according to a mapping relationship between the logical M3UA record and the physical M3UA record, the acquired physical M3UA record comprising routing and link information about the signalling processing device per se to reach the destination signalling point; and the signalling processing device transmitting the service signalling to the destination signalling point according to the routing and link information. The signalling processing method, device and system provided in the embodiments of the present invention can reduce broadcasting storms in a device pool.
