摘要 The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a battery cell having a structure that an electrode assembly, including an anode, a cathode and a separation film positioned between the anode and the cathode, is installed in a holding part of a battery cell case, wherein the battery cell case includes a sealed surplus part which is sealed by thermal fusion, and the sealed surplus part is bent on and fixated to a side surface of the holding part of the electrode assembly. The present invention comprises the steps of (a) fixating the battery cell at a jig, applying a cohesive member on the sealed surplus part, vertically bending the sealed surplus part by a preheated first block, and closely adhering the sealed surplus part on the side surface of the holding part of the electrode assembly; (b) pressing and fixating the sealed surplus part closely adhered on the side surface of the holding part of the electrode assembly by a preheated second block; and (c) pressing and fixating the sealed surplus part closely adhered on the side surface of the holding part of the electrode assembly by a cooled third block.
