The present invention relates to a movable grate and a solid fuel boiler including the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a movable grate which comprises: at least a pair of fixed ends installed to be fixed through supporting members; at least a pair of moving ends installed between the pair of fixed ends; multiple propulsion shafts connected to the moving ends; driving units moving solid fuel by allowing the moving ends to reciprocate by allowing the propulsion shafts to reciprocate; multiple rails installed at the lower side of the moving ends, and having heights which become smaller in the moving direction of the solid fuel; and wheels installed between the propulsion shafts and the rails, wherein the moving units move the propulsion shafts respectively, and the moving distances of the moving units become smaller in the moving direction of the solid fuel.
