The present invention relates to an advancing and retreating crampons including a cylindrical female screw inside a heel and a disk-shaped male screw to be combined with each other, and having a disk, which has spikes formed thereon, hinge-fixed to the lower part of the male screw. To solve the problem, the advancing and retreating crampons comprise: a main body part of a heel having an accommodation space formed in a lower part and having a side surface hole on a side surface; a cylinder unit accommodated in the accommodation space, having the shape of a cylinder having a lower part opened, having a cylinder hole on the side surface, and having a female screw part formed on an inner wall; an advancing and retreating device composed of a disk-shaped screw disk, a screw rotational axis fixed integrally to the screw disk, and a screw rotating device for rotating the screw rotational axis, wherein the screw disk is combined with the female screw part to form a supporting end accommodating groove, and the screw rotating device has an end penetrating the side surface hole and the cylinder hole to protrude outside; and a spike unit composed of a spike disk, a cylindrical supporting end formed on the top surface of the spike disk, and spikes protruding from the rear surface of the spike disk, and having the lower end of the screw rotating axis hinge-fixed to the center of the spike disk. |
