PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time required for determining transmission propriety of a designated optical transmission path.SOLUTION: A node device comprises a parameter calculation unit and determination unit. When receiving path information for designating a path from a start point node to an end point node and a first parameter showing a signal deterioration amount, from an adjacent node, a parameter calculation unit generates a third parameter showing a signal deterioration amount of a transmission path between the start point node and the node device designated by the path information by updating the first parameter by using a second parameter showing a signal deterioration amount of a transmission path with the adjacent node. The determination unit determines transmission propriety of the path designated by the path information, on the basis of the third parameter generated by the parameter calculation unit and a fourth parameter showing a signal deterioration amount of a transmission path from the node device to the end point node through the path designated by the path information. |
