A method for controlling a pellet heater is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of heating an ash pan provided in a pellet combustion chamber and intermittently driving a pellet supply unit to intermittently supply pellets to the ash pan and ignite the pellets; simultaneously driving a blower fan and the pellet supply unit after the igniting step to combust the pellets; and completely combusting the pellets combusted in the pellet combustion chamber and extinguishing the heater. |
