PURPOSE: An H-shape steel manufacturing method is provided to remove the excessive stress concentration even though the schedule of a rough milling and a first continuous rolling mill is changed. CONSTITUTION: An H-shape steel manufacturing method is as follows. A roll material is roughly rolled by the adjustment of the width(a,b) of an upper and lower rolls(3,5) of a roughing mill, and by the increase of the thickness reduction ratio of a flange to a web when the roll of an H-steel production line is smaller than the standard of the H-steel. The roughly rolled material(1) is rolled by a first continuous rolling mill in the state of the increased thickness reduction ratio of a flange to a web. |
