PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groundsill fastening nut for a wooden building which: enables a spring washer to prevent a screwed state between an anchor bolt and a nut main body from loosening; and can achieve a stable fastening state of a groundsill to foundation concrete.SOLUTION: A nut main body 1 has a presser flange 12, with an engaging section 120 for a rotating tool on an upper face thereof, provided at an upper end of a threaded cylinder section 11 with a female screw a which is inserted, from above, into a vertical hole Da penetrating a groundsill D and screwed into an anchor bolt b which is inserted, from below, into the vertical hole Da and extended from foundation concrete. The nut main body 1 also has a retaining protrusion 11a on a periphery at a lower end section of the threaded cylinder section 11. A spring washer 3 and a washer 2, which is engaged with a counterbore hole Db on the groundsill D together with the presser flange 12 at the upper end of the vertical hole Da, are inserted into the threaded cylinder section 11 so as to be movable along an axial line thereof. |
