PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input circuit converting a high-potential signal into a low-potential signal.SOLUTION: A gate, a drain, and a source of an NMOS transistor are connected to an input terminal to which a high-potential signal is input, a power-supply terminal to which a low power-supply potential is applied, and an output terminal, respectively. A current-source circuit is provided between the output terminal and a ground terminal. A current-source control circuit turns ON the current-source circuit when a potential of a first node connected to the input terminal is less than a first inverted potential, and turns OFF the current-source circuit when the potential of the first node is the first inverted potential or more. |
