<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk cartridge capable of ensuring satisfactory coupling between a first shell and a second shell.SOLUTION: The disk cartridge includes a case body that can store plural disk-shaped recording media aligned in an axial direction of a central axis therein, and in which a first shell having a base plane parallel to a recording plane of the disk-shaped recording media and a second shell having a base plane parallel to the recording plane of the disk-shaped recording media are connected/separated by connecting or separating in the axial direction. The first shell and the second shell are held by each case holder part, which can move relative to a connecting/separating direction. When one direction perpendicular to the connecting/separating direction is defined as a first direction, and another direction perpendicular to the connecting/separating direction and the first direction is defined as a second direction, each of the first shell and the second shell has a positioning part that, when separating, allows a relative position thereof in the first direction and the second direction; and when connecting, determines a relative position thereof in the first direction and the second direction.</p> |
