<p>A system and method for coordinating multiple-user edits of shared digital data. A coordinating device may receive commands to edit shared digital data from multiple independently operated user computers. The coordinating device may determine that two or more of the commands from respective user computers are mutually exclusive, redundant or otherwise conflict. The coordinating device may incorporate one of the multiple commands into a global command queue and may annul the other(s). The coordinating device may transmit the global commands to all user computers to be executed locally for implemented the same shared digital data thereon.</p> |
