PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sensitivity of a system to noise while reducing size and cost in an LED dimmer system.SOLUTION: An integrated LED controller 402 is mounted as a single integrated circuit containing a dimmer drive circuit 404, a dimmer reading circuit 408, and an electronic controller 412, and therefore the size and cost in an LED dimmer system 400 are reduced. The integrated LED controller 402 can also include an integrated timing controller 426 which generates a driver control signal 428 with respect to the dimmer drive circuit 404 and a reader control signal 430 with respect to the dimmer reading circuit 408 in a method in which the noise sensitivity of the controller 402 is reduced, and generates a control signal 432 for the electronic controller 412 which can be used for adjusting the timing of the dimmer drive circuit 404 and the dimmer reading circuit 408 with the timing of an electric power control signal 414.
