PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate furthermore removal of an excessive part from a medium to be cut after being cut.SOLUTION: A cutting plotter is provided with: a first control part (15a) for moving a pen block based on cut data, and controlling pressure contact and separation of a cutting pen, to thereby cut a medium to be cut; a positional information specification part (15c) for specifying positional information for showing the position to be scratched of the medium to be cut based on the cut data; and a second control part (15b) for moving the pen block based on the positional information, and controlling pressure contact and separation of a scratching tool, to thereby scratch the position shown by the positional information of the medium to be cut. |
