<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared sensor capable of increasing temperature accuracy of a sensor element.SOLUTION: An infrared sensor 1 includes: a sensor chip (sensor element) 5 that receives infrared rays; and an IC chip (circuit element) 6 that processes an output signals from the sensor chip (sensor element) 5. The sensor chip (sensor element) 5 is disposed on the IC chip (circuit element) 6; and between the sensor chip (sensor element) 5 and the IC chip (circuit element) 6, a die-bonding material (heat equalizing layer) 10 of a thermally conductive material is formed.</p> |
