发明名称 Dispositif pour la fabrication d'un sac étagé à parois multiples avec un enduit de matière synthétique à l'intérieur
摘要 915,584. Making bags. WINDMOLLER. A., and GENNERICH, M. April 21, 1960 [May 8, 1959], No. 14078/60. Class 94(2). A multi-ply bag with a plastic-coated inner ply and coated cover slips as the inwardly exposed stepped bag corners is made by a process wherein the web 1, having a plastic coating 2, from which the inner ply is formed, before being combined with the other webs 24, 25, 27 is provided on its uncoated side with adhesive areas 8 on which patches 16 are stuck in such position that they extend beyond weakening lines 9, 26, which enable the web to be separated into lengths, so that cover slips are formed which project beyond the edge of the inner ply and cover steps 23, 26, in the other plies, these steps subsequently forming the inwardly exposed stepped corner folds. The patches 16 are cut from narrow coated webs 10 drawn off a supply reel (not shown) and are fed between the webs 1 and 24 in such a manner that they stick with their coated sides 11, by one end, to the adhesive coating 8 on the inner web 1 and extend beyond the weakening lines 9 so that they project beyond the edge of the inner ply 1 and cover the overlaps of the other plies in the regions where the corner folds are to be formed. The width of the patches is equal to or somewhat greater than double the distance of longitudinal incisions 28 in the web from fold lines 29 for the sides of the bag. The incisions 28 provide steps in the edges of the webs 1, 27 and are positioned so that the resulting tube sections are visibly stepped on the outside of one half of their circumference and on the inside of the other half. The cut patches are brought under the web 1 by a roller-and-belt system so that they stick to the adhesive coatings 8, projecting beyond the lines 9 in the direction of movement of the web. The rollers and belts are driven from a shaft 33 through bevel gearing. The web 10 is cut by knives 14 and grooves 15, on cylinders 42, 43 respectively which are driven through gearing from a shaft 59. The adhesive is applied by rollers 4, 5 which, with scraper rollers 6, are driven through gearing from the shaft 39 of the knife cylinder. An epicyclic gear system controlled by a hand wheel 51, enables the adhesive-applying and cutting mechanisms to be adjusted, to vary the position of the patches with relation to the weakening lines of the inner web, while the machine is running.
