PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming filling composition that decreases odor after foaming without lowering an expansion ratio, a foaming filling member equipped with the foaming filling composition, and a foam for filling that has reduced odor with little lowering of an expansion ratio. SOLUTION: An ethylene propylene diene rubber, an SiH group-containing compound as a crosslinking agent and an alkali metal bicarbonate salt as a blowing agent are compounded to prepare the foaming filling composition. The thus-obtained foaming filling composition is equipped with an attaching member to give a filling foaming member to be attached in an internal space of a hollow member.
