The present invention relates to a bending machine having a work table for bending a coaming plate, which includes: a bending frame fixed to the work table to adjust the bending angle of the coaming plate; a cylinder side frame for bending the coaming plate in such a manner as to correspond to the bending frame; and a hydraulic cylinder fixed to the work table to apply a force to the cylinder side frame so that the cylinder side frame corresponds to the bending frame. According to the present invention, a coaming plate bending method includes the steps of: disposing a coaming plate between a cylinder side frame and a bending frame; allowing the surface of the coaming plate to come into close contact with the cylinder side frame by means of a hydraulic cylinder; and applying a force to the cylinder side frame by means of the hydraulic cylinder so that the coaming plate is bent to correspond to the cylinder side frame. Accordingly, no damage on painting is generated through the hydraulic cylinder, not through fire energy, and since the frame corresponding to a bending angle can be made and exchanged, a desired bending angle can be accurately obtained to improve the quality of work. |
