The present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive film with straightness indentation impression and excellent adhesion by including and using an acrylic copolymer containing an alkyl (meth) acrylate which is replaced by a hydroxyl group, as a binder resin. The anisotropic conductive film contains a) an acrylic copolymer resin; b) a polyurethane resin; c) a radical-polymerizing substance; and d) conductive particles and has the straightness indentation impression after the film is bonded and joined to a material.
