The air-insulated medium voltage switchgear has metallic encapsulated panel (10) with a cabinet-like housing (12) made of sheet metal, in which partially front-side open spaces separately assigned to multiple different functional units are formed. The door leaves (26,28,30) and the housing are provided with circumferential metallic strips in the border areas confronted in the closing position, where the metallic strips are forwarding to the door opening in the housing front surface areas surrounding the housing. |
